Vision Statement

The vision of the BluePrint Health IT Innovation Summit Series is to accelerate and optimize patient care capabilities for providers, users and consumers of health information technology by showcasing and fostering innovation through a national platform for education and collaboration which matches Providers with Health IT Innovators..  

Mission Statement

The BluePrint Health IT Innovation Summit Series seeks to accelerate and optimize patient care capabilities for providers, users and consumers of health information technology by showcasing and fostering innovation through a series of regional events to be held across the United States in 2011 matching Providers with Health IT innovators.  To accomplish this goal, the  BluePrint Health IT Innovation Summit Series will: 

  1. Leverage an exemplary Advisory Board of healthcare executives, academia, successful innovators and industry experts
  2. Provide a platform for Health IT Innovators and their products to introduce themselves to hospitals, healthcare systems, healthcare providers, payers, other users as well as consumers of Health IT
  3. Demonstrate benefits of private sector collaboration in the advancement of Meaningful Use objectives
  4. Demonstrate a sustainable model for Health IT innovation and collaboration
  5. Establish a website for informational purposes, tracking progress of pilot programs fostered by the Innovation Summit
  6. Use learnings from each event to improve process, structure and outcomes.
